Hi I'm having trouble with my capture card in obs. It is a Diamond VC500 usb 2.0. Currently, I can't get OBS to recognize any of capture except the sound some of the time. As I open up CyberLink PowerDirector that came with it, it recognizes my capture card fully when I switch it to capture mode. I have tried in OBS to deactivate it and reactivate the instance with unplugging it and replugging it back in to my computer and go into the properties of the instance. This only seems to work part of the time with obs, but that solution hasn't worked since the update. I'm using the most current verison 0.16.6. While searching the forum for helpful information about VC500, none of them were to my problem. So if someone could help with finding the problem that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for reading this and the help.

Diamond VC500 USB 2.0 One Touch is a USB device for capturing video from VHS/TV or pretty much any source that can connect to the composite or S-Video ports. This device is USB 2.0 but is backwards and forwards compatible. Input on the VC500 capture device. 1 above as an example. Connect the red and white composite audio cable to the color coded audio outputs on your VCR, Camcorder or Gaming Console. Connect the other ends of the red and white audio cable to the red and white inputs on the VC500. 1 above as an example.
I get no video or audio while a VHS tape is playing:
I tried grabbing the little red circle in the upper-left of the (preview?) panel, thinking I needed to re-size the included portion of the panel, but the red circle just disappears.
If I leave the tape playing, close OBS then open PowerDirectory or EzGrabber, video and audio show up in both of them.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
